I am Lara Taylor, a superintendent with 18 years of experience in the construction industry, including a strong background in grading and residential construction. My experience starts from the ground up, giving me a deep understanding of what it takes to move a project from raw land to a completed home.
Over the years, I have gained hands-on knowledge in site preparation, grading, drainage, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and day-to-day jobsite management. I understand how important the early stages of a build are, especially when it comes to proper grading, site layout, drainage, and preparation. Those details set the foundation for the entire project, and I take pride in making sure they are handled correctly.
As a superintendent, I am focused on keeping projects organized, moving forward, and built to the standard our clients expect. I work closely with subcontractors, vendors, homeowners, and the construction team to make sure communication stays clear and the work in the field lines up with the overall vision for each home.
I am dependable, hardworking, and solutions-focused. Construction always comes with moving parts and unexpected challenges, and I believe one of the most important parts of my role is staying calm, finding solutions, and making sure the project continues to move in the right direction.
I work closely with Miranda throughout the building process to help bring each project to life. While she focuses on the overall design direction, client communication, selections, budgeting, and the big-picture vision, I help manage the day-to-day construction in the field. Together, we combine design, construction knowledge, field experience, and strong communication to make sure every home is managed with care and attention to detail.

I’m Kevin Gill, a Superintendent and Site Manager with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry.
My background as a licensed independent insurance adjuster gives me a unique perspective on how homes should be built, managed, and protected. I understand risk, structural performance, and the details that matter long after construction is complete, which allows me to identify potential issues early and ensure each project meets high standards of quality and accountability.
In my role, I take a hands-on approach to managing job sites, coordinating trades, maintaining schedules, and upholding jobsite standards. I value clear communication, organization, and consistency, and I work closely with everyone involved to keep projects moving efficiently and correctly from start to finish.
